K Srinivasan (KS) is the President at Intellect Design Arena Limited, responsible for the company’s business growth strategy and sales leadership for APAC, South Asia, Middle East & Africa markets. He is a passionate business leader with over 25 years of experience, known for clearly defining mission and sales goals, consistently exceeding the expectations. Over the long association with Intellect & formerly at Polaris Financial Technology, he has built a strong reputation for developing New Business and Joint Ventures, and growing existing business for the company. Apart from shaping large transformation Banking Financial & insurance Technology deals for Intellect, KS also took the lead in setting up the Digital India team to pursue Digital transformation initiatives of Government of India. Intellect being selected as the Managed Services Provider (MSP) for prestigious Mission Program Government Electronic Marketplace (GeM), Ministry of Commerce is a direct outcome of his leadership.

He has helmed several senior roles in the company spending close to two decades in Intellect and has intimately participated in the company’s growth since 1996. His career in Polaris began as Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO. Prior to current role, he was leading Monetization Strategy and Global Alliances as a Corporate Executive and led three boutique acquisitions for the company. He spent many years in the United States as Senior Vice President & National Sales Director at Intellect (erstwhile Polaris) and worked as the Global Sales Head for a leading relationship pricing and billing technology company, SunTec for three years. Since the time he graduated, he has performed various roles in different Industry verticals that include Ferro Alloys, Metals & FMCG.

He holds a honors degree in Physics and a Post Graduate in Management (MBA) from XIMB, a leading Indian Business School. He is graduated the Global Leadership Program from Conscious Leadership Institute with sessions in Poland, Sao Paulo & Los Angles amongst other several leadership training programs including Kellogs & Indian School of Business. With his peripatetic career, he has travelled over 57 countries.

At present, Mr. K Srinivasan is also serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Sonali Intellect Limited.
