S V Ramanan is serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Sonali Intellect Limited.

Ramanan is CEO, India and South Asia, at Intellect Design Arena. His responsibility also includes monetization of strategic assets at Intellect.

Ramanan comes with 25 years of experience in various capacities across General Management, Six Sigma, Project Management. Ramanan is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer and has done his MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is also a Master Black Belt, Six Sigma. Ramanan's experience cuts across leading organisations like Siemens, GE, Accenture, and Bharti Airtel.

Ramanan prior to joining Intellect was CEO, CAMS Insurance Repository Services Ltd (CAMSRep) where he helped IRDAI ( Indian Insurance Regulator) conceptualize the Insurance Repository System. CAMSRep is a market leader with over 56% market share in a four players Insurance Repository market. He has been a Member of Insurance Advisory Committee of IRDAI and participated in various Industry forum like Assocham, FICCI, CII.
